I'm Shreya. Working mother of two, CFA, immigrant to Canada in 2017. For most of the last few years, I was hitting every work target while quietly falling apart at home. Buying my way around feelings I didn't want to sit with. Calling it ambition, calling it growth. It wasn't.

2025 was the year I admitted that, mostly to myself, and started doing something different. This channel is what came after.
